Highly recommended. I purchased HR's 8Ah IMA battery replacement in October 2013 to replace the failed original battery (2002 Insight) and it is still strong after four years. HR service was quick and provided the core refund promptly. I was able to replace the battery by myself without special equipment following instructions on the Internet.
