I just installed these shocks and a set of the Daewoo Matiz springs on my 2003, just under 65,000 mi, Insight. I adjusted the shocks to the midrange setting. The ride quality improvement is GREAT!!! I would highly recommend a set of these shocks and springs if you want noticeable ride quality improvement. I drive 72 mi round trip to work every day and this has made my daily commute much more enjoyable!!!
