This is a repair service of your existing DC-DC converter from early (2012-2013) Tesla Model S vehicles. You will need to remove and ship your DC-DC converter to us (US zip 85379), we will repair it and then ship it back to you. The price includes standard return shipping to US locations. International shipping is available for an additional fee or you may arrange your own shipping. Local repair also available, message us for details and scheduling.

This service consists of diagnosing your existing DC-DC converter and repairing common failures. Common failures include: A/C or cabin heater fails to operate, Pack heater fails to operate, or failure to charge/maintain 12V battery. We cannot repair flood or water damaged DC-DC converters.

We offer a 90 day warranty on all repairs, you just pay shipping.

Please note, this service is for the Gen 1 DC-DC converter pictured here from 2012 and 2013 cars. It is located near the right-front wheel, mounted on the firewall. This is *NOT* a repair of the Gen 2 or later DC-DC converter (2014+), however we may still be able to help if you have a similar failure, just message us!
